Chelsea is a strategic advisor and social entrepreneur with experience across education, cultural policy and economic development. Her work spans research, strategy development and partnership brokering, often for organisations seeking to navigate questions of internationalisation, access and inclusion.

She has worked with universities, local authorities, foundations and cultural organisations, contributing analysis, frameworks and facilitation to support decision-making in complex environments. Her advisory style is collaborative and structured, blending rigorous research with a clear understanding of how strategic decisions land within real institutions.

Alongside her advisory work, Chelsea is Co-Founder and CEO of The Three’s Club, a cultural strategy practice that designs programmes and experiences at the intersection of culture, education and lifestyle. She previously worked in investor relations and fundraising within private equity, and began her career in strategic communications for global investment firms.

Felicia Tchen

Felicia is an education strategist and bilingual programme lead with experience across international education, stakeholder engagement and policy-adjacent programming. Her work spans programme design, partnership development and cross-cultural facilitation, with a focus on initiatives that strengthen access, quality and global opportunity within education systems.

She has designed and supported education programmes and events across the UK, Europe and Africa, working with ministries, senior leaders, professional associations and families. Her approach combines analytical clarity with cultural fluency, informed by her experience delivering international delegations, developing learning materials and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives reaching learners and practitioners across AMER and EMEA.

Alongside her advisory work, Felicia is Co-Founder and CFO of The Three’s Club, where she leads financial strategy, governance and operational planning. She began her career in research and editorial work for global health organisations, producing bilingual content for diverse technical and public audiences.
